A Bear was stung by a Bee, and the pain was so intense that, in a fit of rage, he charged into the garden and overturned the hive. This act provoked the bees, and soon the entire swarm attacked him with such ferocity that his life was in danger. Barely managing to escape, wounded from head to tail, the Bear lamented his predicament. As he licked his wounds, he reflected on how much more prudent it would have been to endure a single sting rather than provoke the anger of the entire hive through a futile act of vengeance.
