Once, a conceited Ass had the audacity to bray out some insulting remarks about the Lion. Initially, this sudden affront stirred feelings of anger in the Lion’s heart. However, when he turned and saw who had made the comments, his anger immediately faded. He then calmly walked on, not even bothering to acknowledge the contemptible creature with a single angry word.
